Shipping & Returns


Most orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of cleared payment. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major UK holidays). In the event an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of a new delivery date, or an alternative where applicable.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. It is worthwhile inspecting the items for damage before packaging is opened. Damaged items must be reported within 24hrs of receipt. Delivery is during normal working hours and due to the slim-line packaging we use your goods can usually go straight through your letterbox. For larger orders, a signature maybe required.

Shipping & Handling

We are now offering FREE worldwide shipping - No minimum order value. Please note that Trade/Bulk Buy is excluded from the FREE shipping offer.

As a guideline, air fresheners are usually with the customer within a week of ordering, but please allow upto 15 working days for any postal delays. Other delivery options are also available at checkout such as "International Signed For" and "Special Next Day Delivery". Next day delivery does not mean that air fresheners can be produced any faster but does mean that your delivery is guaranteed next day once despatched. We cannot produce any faster then we already do or jump the queue ahead of other customers. Orders are done in batches anyway so this does not in fact speed up the order production at all.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment (although it may be longer during busier times).

Fair Return Policy

We specialize in producing one-off custom air fresheners just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are donated or thrown away. Therefore:

  • If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
  • If you make a mistake with your order, contact us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the air freshener you want.

As for the novelty air fresheners that are not customised we do not have an issue with providing refunds to our customers. All we ask is that the goods are sent back to us in a saleable condition, i.e. Unopened and in the condition that you received them. If air fresheners are sent back to us dirty and open or not in the exact original condition from when they were dispatched, then sorry we cannot refund. This is only fair.

Upon receipt of your air fresheners you must inspect the goods and be satisfied that you have received exactly what you ordered in the condition you expected. For you to be legible for a refund we must be notified of the problem within 14 days of receipt.

Items can only be returned if you have made contact with us. Please note that we do not refund the cost of postage unless it is a mistake on our part.
