What is PayOffline?

PayOffline is a new payment solution developed to enable you to buy goods and services online without credit cards and pay with cash or debit card offline.

It uses a barcode system that allows you to make over the counter payments at any participating payment outlet. PayOffline is an easy, convenient and safe method of paying for your online purchases.

• You don’t need to register or open an account with PayOffline to use the service.
• Payment can be made at over 17,000 payzone outlets!

How does it work?

It's a very simple process...

1 When proceeding through the checkout, choose PayOffline as your payment method.

2 When your order is confirmed a payslip with a barcode on it will be generated for you. You can print off this payslip or make a note of the barcode number.

3 You will then need to visit your nearest PayZone shop to pay by cash or card (e.g. local newsagent or shop).

4 Your order will be shipped shortly after you pay or as otherwise notified.

How do I know the PayOffline web sites are safe?

All participating web sites are approved and credit checked by PayOffline prior to joining the scheme so you can be confident that they are genuine sites. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.

I don't have a printer – how can I use PayOffline?

If you don’t have a printer, just make a note of the barcode number and the amount payable that appears on your screen and ask the retailer to key this in manually instead of scanning the barcode..

I've lost my barcode – what can I do?

You can always print off another copy by logging into your account and going to your order. You'll find a link to your payslip alongside the order details.

I've lost my barcode – am I at risk?

Your barcode contains no personal details about you – only your transaction. If someone finds your barcode, all they can do is pay for your purchase!
