What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept most major credit cards including SWITCH, SOLO and MAESTRO. As well as accepting payments via PayPal, Google Checkout or Nochex. Alternatively, you can pay by cash at any UK Post Office or participating PayZone outlet (more info). We also accept cheques or Postal Orders in £GBP for UK customers only. Please note we can only accept cheques for order values of at least £20.
I don't have a PayPal or Google Checkout account and I don't want one. How do I place my order?
  • You don't need a PayPal or Google Checkout account! You can pay with a credit or debit card like any other ecommerce site. We provide PayPal and Google Checkout as a fast and convenient secure checkout for customers who already have a PayPal/Google account. This means that having a PayPal or Google Checkout account allows you to purchase items in our store without the need to register your details on our website. Alternatively, if you are a UK based customer, you can use Nochex or have the option of paying by cash or debit card at your local Payzone outlet - usually your local newsagents - or at the Post Office.
I am an international customer, can I purchase items from you?
  • Absolutely, we sell to many international customers. When using our website, please select your best suited currency from the drop down menu on the right hand side of the webpage.
How much will postage cost?
  • Delivery to UK Mainland is FREE - No minimum order value.

  • Other delivery options are also available at checkout such as "International Signed For" and "Special Next Day Delivery". Prices will be automatically calculated through the checkout process. You can also use our shipping estimator via the shopping cart. 
How long until I receive my air fresheners once my order has been placed?
  • Depending on the workload, we generally process and dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 working days of receiving payment. In the event that you need an air freshener urgently, tell us in the comments box in the checkout process and we will try and get them to you earlier.
Can you send out a printed catalogue?
  • Since our online library is constantly being updated with new designs we do not carry a printed catalogue of our air fresheners. Please check our website for all designs.
Is it safe to purchase from you?
  • Yes, your safety is guaranteed because Ali Air Freshener uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 256-bit SSL Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.
Is my information safe with you?
  • Yes, we will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you as an individual or your personal usage of the site without your consent or unless required or permitted to do so by law.
I have a business and would like to get a quote on bulk air fresheners, can I get a quote?
  • Yes, please contact us to discuss what you would like to order or see our bulk pricing section for further information and pricing.
Do you offer volume discounts based on quantity?
  • Yes, we are happy to offer volume discounts based on quantity. Pease see our bulk pricing section for further information and pricing. If you have another request or need much larger quantities of 5000 units or more, simply send us an e-mail to sales@aliairfreshener.co.uk with your requirements and we'll be happy to provide you a quotation.
I need to call you on the phone, when is the best time?
  • Calling between 10am - 4pm Mon-Fri is the best time, if we are unable to answer, please leave your name, number and a brief message and the best time to call you back. Note that we may not be able to call you back the same day.
I have tried emailing you several times and have had no response from you?
  • We try to reply to all emails within 24 hours Monday to Friday. However, sometimes it may take up to 48 hours because of other commitments, the weekend or holidays. If you haven't received a reply within this time. Please resend the email and check that your reply email address is correct.
